Track your order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. Your order number is in your confirmation email and starts with a hash symbol.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the statuses mean

  • Processing: payment received, we are packing your order.
  • Shipped: handed to the courier, tracking is on its way to your email.
  • Completed: delivered.
  • On hold: we are waiting on payment confirmation or a stock check.
